Kiraku Japanese Xǐ Lè

Had a lunch here and definitely loved the food we had there! Hands down to the fresh oysters too. The presentation was top notch, sedap, fresh! The staff were all so nice and I love the ambience of the restaurant. Very recommended!

Went there for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was quite empty when we enter. Environment was clean and cosy. At first, i was a bit worry on the food quality since there is not much guest there, but i was pleasantly suprised. Food was fresh and very nice. Sashimi has very clean flavour, but salmon is a bit bland. There are a few nice surprise on the dishes. Choices is a bit restricted comparing to hotel buffet, but still ok for us. Service is quite good, since not much customer. Overall experience is nice and we will surely go again.

Kiraku has always been a Japanese restaurant that my family I frequently visit since 2012 when they first opened. The food is good, staff are friendly, environment is cosy and they have big small private rooms to cater. Went there last week after a long time due to MCO, and the food was good as usual, just the waiting time was slightly longer than normal. Had a short conversation with the Manager and got to know that they are currently understaffed and are still in the midst of hiring. Hiring seems to be harder after MCO as a lot of them change industry during this period as they see a lot of uncertainties in the F B industry due to MCO. Kudos to the staff there as they seem to be working really hard taking care of the dining hall and the private rooms. Hope that they manage to hire enough manpower soon. I learned that the F B industry are facing a lot of challenges during this pandemic time, and many are trying their best to survive, hence, we should support our local businesses more. Fine Japanese food, tasty. Took a little while but worth the wait. Quality of food assured, staff friendly, patient and kind. When at a loss as to what to eat, this place is always the right choice. Unsure of their operating days as when trying to order on Sunday and after order was processed on Food Panda Delivery and more than 30 minutes wait( at home) , the app informed Cancellation of Order. So, hope it opens everyday as Weekends more ppl prefer to eat out/ order food delivery. TQ
