Prime Lounge & Grill - Kamloops

We went to try this steak house for our anniversary with friends. We generally go to another place but it was closed so thought we would try a new place. The service was horrible!!! We sat in our booth with no drinks nothing for at least 15 minutes staring at each other. When a very unfriendly waitress went by dropping 4 water on the table. Finally another waitress came by and said are you ready to order. Really? We haven't gotten a drink or told if there was a special. We said no and ordered drinks. We were told our first choices were no available and selected other drinks. When we did order they had very limited gluten free choices on the menu for one of guests. But she did find something finally. Food came took awhile to arrive and when it did we knew why cause if sat waiting for service. All of our food was cold. Mine came wrong and had to go back to be corrected (missing the sauce) it was a disaster of meal. And prices are not cheap. You expect for $40plus a plate to get at least warm food. Dessert was delicious however and we enjoyed each bite. But the rest of the dinner was poor. The service and the food both cold

Had dinner with good friends. The service was helpful and quick. The wine list was not extensive but adequate. We all ordered different dinners that came out on a timely fashion. This is a restaurant that does a reasonable job of standard fare. The steaks came as ordered and not over done. A good place to go at a fair price.

Service was slow, steak was OK, but nothing special. Vegetables were steamed and had that "dry" look. Garlic mashed were simply cold, not one person came by and asked how my meal was....there is just so many better places to eat in Kamloops. Unless your planning on simply burning your cash stay away from this expensive but very poor restaurant.

Absolutely disappointed in the service and food presentation. Ordered a prime rib steak that was 40% fatty and under cooked. The service was dismal with meals being provided almost two hours after being and with not offering compensation without an argument.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Drinks spilled on us twice. Food orders totally wrong... Steak was not dine as ordered in cases of medium /mediumwell was blue Don't go!
