Boston Pizza - Kamloops

My girlfriend and I stopped for lunch at this restaurant. We ordered the roasted pear and peach salad, but were disappointed to find that the roasted peaches were actually cold and canned, the candied pecans were plain, and the roasted red pepper seemed like it had barely been cooked. The balsamic drizzle was overwhelming, and there was too much goat cheese. The flatbread was dry and the toppings were not evenly spread. The coffee was terrible. However, our server was excellent - efficient and cheerful.

Worst service ever. It has always been a disappointment when visiting BP over the years, but reminiscent of BP in the 90's, 2000's we have tried to enjoy good ol BP. Since every visit seemed to be more disappointing than the last we decided to order pick to take home and avoid the useless servers and feeling of invisibility by all staff we have found growing in this restaurant franchise. Not just this location. Every one we have visited. Long story short ... got to the restaurant, waited in a ridiculous line and was then told I never had placed an order. They had nothing for me. Wow BP. Your last chance with us was a banger!

Me and some friends stopped in last night around 9 before heading out on the road again and our waitress, Ashley was fantastic! She was super friendly and interactive. She came back a few times to make sure everything was okay and brought us a jug of water as it was busy and she had a table with a lot of people to wait as well so it was perfect. I would definitely return again! Food was also very good, everyone finished everything on their plate!

Food was good just disappointed in our waitress. Got there at 2 minutes to 5 and was told that Happy Hour was over and could not order the drink special. According to my watch we were still good. A group of friends go out once a moth and try different places. Last month no worries about Happy Hour, she gave it to us with no issues. Our waitress this day was no can do. We will probably not repeat this restaurant again. We thought it was abit rude. But the rest of the service was fine.

Wir hatten hier Multigrain Meateor-Pizza und Chicken Quesadillas bestellt. Beides war sehr lecker. Zu den Quesadillas hatte ich mir noch extra Guacamole bestellt. Diese hat ebenfalls frisch zubereitet geschmeckt. Die Speisen wurden zügig serviert. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und nett. Die Einrichtung ist sportsbar-mäßig mit vielen Devotionalien von Eishockey-Teams dekoriert. Natürlich sind hier überall auch die obligatorischen Bildschirme. Der Geräuschpegel war nicht gerade leise, aber erträglich.
