Pav Bhaji, excellently prepared with right mix of spices that gave correct flavours, neither too spicy nor watery it had a right thickness and topped with butter, Even the Pav was buttered correctly. Ice-cream with Jelly was presented elegantly, a medium sized scoop of cream...surrounded by red jelly and topped with a jelly piece. It turned out to be a perfect dessert.
