Cafe Coffee Day - Kalpatta

Was happy to see Cafe Coffee day in Vythiri, got a chance to have my favourite Devil's own. Best place to have a snack break.

Though we use to visit ccd in bangalore, wayand makes us dumb. CCD in wayand did not expected. everything is good here.

We just walked in to have a peaceful time, having a coffee with family. But not a good place to take rat. The boys here are very disciplined. We were not happy. The owner need to intervene. The location is good.

Dropped in for a quick coffee, have heard of cafe coffee day and been to quite a few in different parts of india but this one was a disaster. The staff was completely blank and he dint have any knowledge of a coffee shop. We tried ordering something and his answer was " NO WE DON'T HAVE THAT AT THE MOMENT". Continued ordering but this time asking for availability first and in the end ordered a milkshake and a hazelnut flavored coffee. He went inside to make the order coz he was the only staff there. Came back after 10 minutes saying they don't have the required ice cream. My wife had ordered a burger and a coffee so we had to finish that off and just get moving. it was kind of pissing me off too. Anyways the managers and other higher management please make sure all the food and beverage mentioned in the menu are available or at least a few so that you don't lose your customers and also make sure you hire a staff who has got a minimum knowledge in what job they are doing. Sorry if i sound rude but this is a honest opinion.Thank you

Nothing great about this coffee shop and it was like any other coffee place. It was nice and quaint and I enjoyed my coffee with my wife here.
