Urban Crunch Cafe Meal Prep

Great sushi, great Ramen. Great service. It is inside a Gym which might through some people off, but really good.

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened in my gym. Today I tried the onion crusted bass and it was fabulous! I will definitely be eating here again.

I'm a teacher who is constantly on the go. Due to health concerns, I like to eat as healthy and nutritional as possible, but there are many weeks when I am left with no time to prep my meals. I'm also not the biggest fan of leftovers. Urban Crunch has been such a huge time saver. The food is phenomenal, even reheated. ESPECIALLY THEIR VEGETABLES. I consider myself to be a good cook, but I can never get my vegetables to be as delicious as theirs. I've been grateful to order from them on weeks when I know I am going to be busy and feel assured that I will be eating deliciously healthy food.

I ordered The French dip sandwich with a salad and their blueberry coconut smoothie with added fiber. It was great. If you want a really healthy version of the French dip this is the place to go. The bread was tasty and the meat was thinly sliced with Swiss cheese and I believe aïoli sauce. They could've added a little more aoli but that was fine because it also came with a side of the French dip clear gravy. This is not a typical thick meat French dip sandwich. The portion for the meat was thin and I was very happy with it. A lot of meat in a sandwich does not make a sandwich great. If you do want it with a little more meat you could always ask. I will take quality over quantity any day and this was pure quality. The smoothie was absolutely delicious. The only change I would say is that the smoothie was not all the way to the top. It was about an inch from the top which did look a bit awkward. That is easily fixed. They just need to fill their smoothie to the top so that it makes a better presentation. I texted the driver and he said to let them know. I would also wrap the smoothie with seranwrap and Bag tightly so that the customer receives it packaged. I had forgotten to eat dinner the other night so I drank the smoothie pretty quick and forgot to take a picture. I usually take a picture first but my stomach was growling. I will order it again so I can take a proper picture of it and perhaps the next time it will be packaged and completely full. My delivery guy was great -early and immediately texted me to let me know it was at the door.

I honestly can't speak any higher about the food and the service. I'm only on my first round of meals for the week and everything I've had has been exceptional. I have tried just about every meal prep delivery service out there And nothing comes close. Fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and awesome flavor that doesn't make me a question sodium content. From the first person I spoke with who was incredibly helpful through the entire process to the chef who had free reign for my meals... I will definitely be sticking to this service. Thank you! My fiancé with her Breville Brava have been replaced!
