Bidrage med feedbackIt's insanely expensive and even more pretentious but it's a lot of fun to walk around and people watch in this very upscale grocery store. You will have to try at least one or two things and the $20+ smoothies will probably fit the bill. Lots of fun imported and local snacks as well that won't break the bank. Service is (not surprisingly) helpful even though the place is very small.
They have 5 people making smoothies and waited 10 minutes for one. For almost $20 they should be more attentive. More communication will work from the beginning will go a long way if the order will take longer than usual.
Staff is terribly slow, and incomprehensibly rude. Even my 8 and 10 year old could feel the tension and over all the experience was awful. Don't waste your time supporting this business.
Absolutely terrible. Not the food the people. I went there for the first time with my family and saw police. police were there because a man stole a burrito. yes. ONE burrito. i also saw a man pay for the man who had stolen the food and even buy more than just the burrito. he was trespassed by the company, physically bullied by the VP and one of the employees, and then forced to leave without his stuff. This place is one of the infinite reasons we are failing as a human race. they care more about a maybe $10 burrito and having people know the truth about how they treat the less fortunate than they do about their actions and their consequences. This is dangerous. I hope you guys receive all the karma coming your way? And may the universe have absolutely no mercy on you.
I was so excited to visit Erewhon. I have a thing for grocery stores. I love to browse the aisles in search of vegan treats and specialty items. I actually came intending to try the new beverage by Dada Eats. She 's a content creator. She recently developed a drink called 'The Perfect Date ', which is vegan. I believe it 's only available for a limited time. It was 11 dollars, but it was my last day in LA, so it was worth the splurge. It was a tasty latte with oat milk, espresso, a date caramel, and coconut cream. I found the drink pleasant. I usually avoid coffee because it makes me get jittery, but I planned ahead and had a filling breakfast and plenty of water before and after. I didn 't buy much except another beverage for later, a lander bliss inspired tonic. But I loved seeing so many vegan options I 've never had before. And everyone is so kind and helpful. I would definitely go back. It 's a splurge, but some items are priced no differently than other grocery stores in LA.
