Pinkberry - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

Pinkberry waitstaff were very unfriendly and tables were filthy. There were no napkins out, serving size extremely small and toppings even smaller. Upon entering, they have a sign up that they can refuse service to anyone. How unfriendly to welcome customers, and no samples were given. It’s interesting that children got larger amounts than adults who accompanied them.

This Pinkberry has the best tasting frozen yogurt. It's creamier than the other one that I go to. The staff is always nice and it has a pretty good reward program to make it more affordable. Super clean too!

************! First, only 4 flavors to choose from, few toppings, NO sauces, and you don't even get to make it yourself! Which was the whole appeal!!!! AND it was almost $30 for 3 cups of frozen yogurt. Absolutely criminal. Should've just gone to Menchies.

Used to be a nightly stop for me. The new owners drastically raised the price to the point now that it's not worth it. Miss the old ownership tremendously.

I love this yogurt. I only eat the original tart never get toppings. I have my favorite almond butter at home, if I want to add anything to the yogurt. I usually take home 2-4 containers at a time, so I have it at home for guests and/or myself! I’d much rather eat this than ice cream that leaves a thick buttery coating on my tongue and in my mouth. This fro yo has a clean refreshing taste. And, it’s very satisfying… almost too good, as I have to stop myself from eating the whole container! I always take home, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. It seems clean enough with simple plastic chairs tables. The service is generally good, except I can’t believe, when I’m ordering three huge tubs to take home, that the workers are not allowed to offer a single taste of any of the ice cream or yogurt to customers. That seems a little ridiculous. One little taste can’t possibly hurt business or be very harmful to anyone. Oh well, if I can’t get to my absolute favorite fro yo place in Westlake Village, I will come here or nowhere.
