The beef stew was diluted with water. The meat was not stewed in the broth, they just kind of assembled it together. If you don’t have the item just say you don’t have it, don’t serve something else to the customer. The server agreed that the stew should have been thicker. On a positive note, the service was very good, restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience. I won’t be back because I go for the food…

Don?t order togo when it rains. Their quality drops to the ground. Ordered shrimp fried rice that wasn?t seasoned and it was too oily. Stir fried beef lemongrass and vegetables and this is what I got. Wasted $30 on these.

If you aren?t Vietnamese this place isn?t pho you. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We ordered the egg rolls beef as an appetizer and it was all cold. I told the hostess because our server could barely speak any English. And the hostess justsaid ya that?s a cold dish. (It doesn?t say that anywhere on the menu) the menu is very unclear and it doesn?t help thatbasically no one in there speaks English. Then we basically argued with them for 5 mins because they wouldn?t take the appetizeroff of our bill, they have no clue what customer service means and treated us very poorly. What a shame.

Pho So 1, lives up to it's name. Super fast service, good portions and most importantly rich broth. Always a pleasure to stop by here for a quick Pho fix.
