Pho Cafe Plus

This is the worst place ever, and I don 't normally leave reviews. The waitress was rude and insisted to pay up front for the service fee without receiving our food or even service. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Save yourself and don 't go to this establishment.

Worst service please read reviews! Made up pay before even bringing our food, then asked for a service fee STILL NO FOOD. I understand tipping but I need my food first??? I understand the lady might be working alone but horrible service and after waiting over 20 mins PAYING with no food we asked for money back and still the worst service, refusing money back and no food. Would love to leave negative stars if possible

I'm sorry there's no zero here. Never eat here for lack of choice, you will get the worst service and food, I waited for almost an hour and got really bad food, charged us before the food arrived, she was the rudest server I have ever seen. You don't even have a glass of water. It's really terrible!!!!!

People are way too hard on this place, the service is fine, the vegan beef is incredible and it's well priced. Also one of the few pho places in k-town with its own parking and that alone gives it another star.

At that point, she dashed to the back to start cooking. I waited by the register for an additional 10 minutes, and when she finally returned, I reiterated my request for a refund. She insisted that she couldn’t do that, claiming our food was nearly ready. Rather than refunding me, she opted to finish cooking, seemingly trying to force me into accepting the meal just to avoid a refund. On top of everything, there was water all over the floor from a leaking AC unit, with stacks of newspapers piled around to soak it up, and I noticed baby cockroaches near the register. Overall, it was the worst $60 I have ever been compelled to spend.
