Great sandwiches.I got the Olympic and it was fantastic! I also got coffee and it was good too.They have limited space so it maybe better to take out your food.They have a lot of wine that you might not find anywhere else.

Sandwiches are good. I really like the Olympic.But every time I come in here, it's DOGS GALORE.This HAS TO BE against food safety code. I love and got dogs of my own but I DON'T WANT TO EAT DOG HAIR WITH MY SANDWICH. I shouldn't have to, right? The first time I dined here, I felt asthma-y for hours afterwards. Which made sense cuz I have a dog allergy.. and there was a chihuahua dining next to me (inside) and the guy standing in line in front of me had a huge dog with him and was COVERED in dog hair.... Yuck! I gave it another try cuz I thought the first time with all those dogs might have been an exception. But that seems to be the norm here

Terrible service. There were two people behind the counter and they both completely ignored me for over 15min which I was waiting to buy two bottled drinks. Would have bought coffee and food too, but was completely ignored by both cashiers. One cashier flirted loudly with some pilates instructor ahead of me and the other would notice me but not offer to check me out for my items at all. It was only me and the Pilates girl in line and they ignored me while I stood there for literally sooooo long. Terrible, alienating, and infuriatingly bad service. I wish I could leave zero stars. I just put down the items and left. Will never return or recommend. How bad at customer service can you be to see me and ignore me multiple and expect me to wait for 15+ min just standing there?? Why would anyone experience that and want to give you money. This place is nothing special and the service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Thanks for making me fee invisible and not worth your time. You are not worth my money or my good opinion. Posting so this never happens to anyone else: entering your store was so humiliating and such a waste of my time.

I LOVE Open Market! This place is such a gem in KTown, and I'm so happy that I live so close and frequent this spot. They have fantastic food and drinks, as well as exceptional service. I've enjoyed everything I've ordered, and the employees are all really friendly. In terms of drinks, I've ordered the Ube Milk Tea, Black Sesame Latte, and Brown Sugar Honey Latte. All of them had great flavors and were well done! If I had to choose just one, I liked the Ube Milk Tea the most since I'm a sucker for ube, but I really don't think you can go wrong with any of them. In terms of food, their sandwiches are INSANE. Each one is so well crafted and is inspired by different parts of LA, which I think is so cute! I've tried their Olympic and Beverly, and both were so yummy. The ingredients balance each other out so well, and they just taste like they're good quality. Do note that the kitchen closes at 3pm (2 hours before the place closes), and sandwiches do get sold out later in the day--come by early to get your pick!The space is super bright and well lit, and there are several tables to sit at. They have good Wi-Fi and a few outlets, so I do enjoy doing some work or spending time with friends here. They validate parking in the structure, which is also a bonus. I'm a huge fan of Open Market!
