Ganchic - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

I don't usually care whether I eat clean or not, I'm just mostly concerned about the flavor and I couldn't believe how delicious these healthy rolls were. My favorite rolls were the sweet pork, kbbq beef, oh shiitake. The sauces were so AMAZING. I love the chili maple sauce. And their chili maple almonds are so addicting. Once I open a bag, I end up eating the whole thing in one sitting. Love Ganchic it's probably my favorite spot to date!

I never tried what Ganchic have on their menu before. Love the healthy ingredients and presentation of the food. To be honest I didn't know the proper way too eat it. Thank you for the cute instructions! Lol...Cristina who delivered the food was Super Nice too. I will order from Ganchic again!

A play on the word ganshik, maybe? Their rolls are a tad overpriced, but it's trendy modern Korean food! I only got the beef one, and it tasted really light and clean, probably due to the quinoa use over the white rice.

These rolls will blow you away. I've decided to go vegetarian for a year now, and saying goodbye to sushi has been the toughest part. But Ganchic offers an elevated selection of vegetarian options that are both full of flavor and filling, satisfying my sushi craving and diet. The Kimchi Quinoa perfectly balances subtle heat and sweetness from the fried kimchi and sweet egg; the Mapo Tofu has a great crunch from the burdock root; lastly, the Oh Shiitake tricks my taste buds into thinking I'm cheating on my diet from the marinated shiitake mushrooms! And that's the rolls on their own: the sauces take each bite to the next level. I tried the tangy gochujang, spicy peanut, and chilli maple, and each tasted delicious with any roll combination. The attention to detail from the rolls and sauces to even the packaging makes it a beautiful experience. I highly recommend Ganchic!

I have ordered from here 3 times found on Grubhub and left a review there too) and really enjoy how fresh and satisfying these rolls are. I feel like the owner took their time to explore textures and the sauces are my favorite. The Oh Shiitake is my boyfriends favorite the chill maple is really good with this one) while I enjoy the Kimchi Quinoa with the Tangy Gochujang sauce) and my new favorite the Spicy Anchovy the Tangy Gochujang or oddly enough the Spicy Peanut is good here). I really hope they make more vegetarian rolls as my boyfriend and I would love to try more from this business. I'd love it if they came out with a dessert option too, as it would be the perfect treat after a satisfying roll.
