Castle's Southern And Creole Catering

Let me just say you will not regret spending the money. My fiancé threw a surprise party for me and the food was absolutely on point... simply exceptional! This was my first experience with Castles but it will certainly not be my last, I'm already trying to sub out what can be catered for the holidays. My hard to please auntie even commented this could have been Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and was not shamed to take plates to go. The food was just that good. We had the seafood gumbo, Cajun salmon, Mac cheese, lamb chops, green beans, green salad, greens, and bread pudding. The Henny Punch was also a big winner. Compliments to the chef and her wonderful staff. Byron was such a considerate professional during set-up. I highly recommend this business.

This review is long overdue. Castle Catering really changed the way I do Christmas. Literally the best decision I've made in a long time. Literally everything was so good. I felt like I was back in NOLA for a minute. This literally felt like the best Christmas gift to myself that I'll be gifting myself every Christmas. I'll be using Castle Catering for all of my catering needs and would recommend you do as well. As Castle Catering continues to grow the quality hasn't changed either. The best customer service as well.

Production Catering was easy to order, fresh, ready on time, and all three options were enjoyed by the crew: shrimp pasta, jambalaya, and dinner salads with a side of roasted chicken. The peach cobbler was a little sweet for me but the crew raved about it! Will definitely go back! Staff was friendly and helpful!
