Who doesn't like expensive drinks on debatably sanitizes large couches? Me! Will be back!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was very nice. The hotel is well located near Walk Of Fame, the rooms are big and super clean. The staff is very helpful and caring. There's a very cool rooftop bar, with such a amazing view. The only complain i have its about the valet service: $50 dollars per night, with no discount to guests its absurd!

Horrible bouncer. Always frustrating to face those stupid people who abuse the little power they have.

I recently stayed at Mama Shelter, and it was a terrible experience. This place is not family-friendly at all. The party and loud music went on until 2 AM, and even after that, drunk kids were yelling and screaming in the hallway. To make matters worse, I found needles in the lobby washroom. Despite being in a prime location, the streets around the hotel were full of homeless people using the walkway as their washroom, making the whole area smell like urine. Our hotel room had a tiny window with no sunlight coming in, and the only lighting was some LED lights around the headboard. The room was too dimly lit, and the washroom didn’t have an exhaust, so it always smelled bad. They tried to mask the odor by spraying room freshener in the corridor. We booked for two nights but left after one night because we couldn't get any sleep due to the noise. Around 2 AM, there were cops, an ambulance, and a fire engine on the property. Stay at your own risk.
