Urban Bricks Kalispell Mt

We had placed an order online and when we got to the store, realized that our didnt go through when we got there and checked in. It was our mistake. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Very helpful and inviting. The only mistake was that we ordered 2 pepperoni, 2 cheese, another pizza and 2 orders of cheese bread. We ended up with 4 pepperoni and no just cheese. Not the end of the world by any means. The correct pizzas were amazing and we all loved the crust. Will definitely be going back. Replying to owners comment if staff fixed it for us: I didn't complain! ? The pizzas were all eaten and so good . Just picked the pepperoni off and dabbed off the grease. No worries. We will definitely be going back. The staff was wonderful when we were there. Thank you!

Customer service was awful. Sean, supposedly the manager was extremely rude. He rolled his eyes and looked at the cashier when we walked in the door, bothered to have customers. The food is good but to me, if we allow customer service to be this terrible and continue to give them business.....things will never change. Young people that know nothing about respect or how to be personable should not be in customer service. Also Sean, if it's so bad do everyone a favor and get a different job. Same goes for the cashier/ greeter who was also horrible! Done with this place and so are all of the employees of my businesses I own in the local area until they get a new staff! The date was 10/11/19 2-3pm.

The pizza is good, my only complaint is that the online order was very frustrating. I wouldn't change my location and stay in North Carolina. It happened twice to order. Try to call the store and the specified number doesn't work. Finally abandoned and ordered from somewhere else.

So today I tried Urban Bricks and was very satisfied with the atmosphere and the food. Ian and Brendan were very helpful and fun to watch! The amount of options were impressive and I enjoyed their pizza much more than other new restaurants that recently opened. I will definitely be back to be walled. Update... The restaurant is permanently closed.
