Mackenzie River Pizza Co. - Kalispell

My wife and I were in for lunch on 4-3-24, it was very busy and from what we could see there was one waitress! Service was excellent, our meal was brought out by another staff member! We asked out of curiosity, turned out to be the regional manager! Very pleasant young lady, Casey! We talked for awhile with her! My wife and I both worked food service for several years, my experience in food service I discovered if you have a working manager you will working employees! Great service, food, and atmosphere! Keep up the awesome job you all are doing in making your customers visit amazing! Thank you ?

I should've ordered something else but they're good as they always have been.

I eat at this location lots and it is usually a satisfactory experience. However yesterday I ordered take out for the first time and, while the food was good, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Walked up to the pickup window and waited 10 minutes while people walked by and intentionally avoided eye contact let alone conversation. My food was sitting there ready the entire time and all someone had to do was hand it to me. It was paid for and tipped on. Born and raised here I understand the staffing difficulties the service industry is facing locally but I will think twice before I spend 70 dollars to get guilt tripped. That being said the food was still good

Been there 4 times 3 out of the 4 if the order wasnt wrong they forgot to put it in tonight was one of the times ! I wont be back!

WORST customer service at the pick up counter!!! Employee after employee passes with ZERO acknowledgement that a customer is standing there. Had I not prepaid I would be 100% removing my tip! I'm a pretty easy person to please and deal with. Takes A LOT to upset me.
