Bidrage med feedbackOutstanding first experience. My parents had a gift card they wanted to spend. We were lucky to ask for a stand to end in Tatum's section. She was a joy and shared knowledge with us about the menu that helped us make wise decisions. She was also extremely attentive and checked us in the perfect moments. She was busy and we never noticed because she paid the tables special care as she did each of her other tables, she was there. We'll be back. The food was well prepared and delicious. Kudos also on the back of the house today. Thanks for the great experience.
Great food! Good beer! And where my wife and I had our first date. We love eating here once and for a while.
I liked the food. The service was not great at all. lasted 15 minutes until someone even came to our table. Once we got food, we never saw the server again. had to ask the host in front on boxes and the bill and it was not busy at all.
We sat right away, it took our waitress 8 minutes to welcome us and ask for a drink. We didn't waste time series when she showed up, we were afraid we wouldn't get them back. It took 40 minutes until our food arrived. The burgers were all burned to a cripple and the wings were the wrong order. Our waitress took care of us with the wings. We didn't even bring up the burned burgers. Not her fault. We were done, the manager must take care of the cooking situation quickly. We've never been served worse here and we're regular guests. There is a lack of communication between the hostess and the server, she had no idea that we were there, I don't blame her. She also dealt with angry customers waiting for their food and miss orders already. Management and chefs have failed today. The place was half empty. No excuses.
All I can say is don't order on the app. Pickup time of 1:50. Actual pickup time... 2:33. Don't do it. Front counter ladies doing the best they could though. Edit to 1 star. Half of sauces missing in a $100 order. Never again. Second edit. Back to 2 star. Wings weren't bad. Staff is good. Missed sauces (no blue cheese . So congrats to staff, but website over promises and under delivers. Biggest problems are probably corporate and failed website. Still, never again.
