Fantastic place for food and great ambience. The chef will serve you personally and explain the different types of food on the menu. Fresh ingredients, farm to table and local source makes it a place close to my heart, in the middle of eastern Europe, that is Kaliningrad. They have an imported bread from Lithuania to die for (only something that is not done on site). We had 5 dishes and each of them was delicious. They brought an Asian turn to Russian dishes and the perfect mix of fusion was just the right note. I was pleasantly surprised that the fusion worked, not overwhelmed you with 10 different flavors, but the amalgamation of several different flavors that mixed quite well. For you Pho lovers out there, delicious, Pho well made, perfectly seasoned, although not traditional Vietnamese spices. Not too salty, but full of beef flavor. The cook told us they simmer the broth for 24 hours. Can you believe this place was pho? With bao bao? Who do they think? Well, let me say they did a fantastic job. We had a bbq pork style bao, the sauce is quintessential TEXAS bbq, with gurke, Mayo, and it worked well. I'll try to get back to dallas. We tried and we smiled. Thank you. Will be back
