Pel'mennaya Mamin Sibiryak

A great service, a pleasant atmosphere, a pelmen for any even exquisite taste. There are also local meat and fish meals. Great desserts. And nice and delicious local liquors for high alcohol. I often visit this place when I'm in Kaliningrad. You can go there alone or with a big band. Enjoy.

Delicious dumplings (fast a few different types of them, tried 3 and all were good). Friendly staff.

Best pelmeni in town. Lamb manty are also worth trying. A bit expensive but overall nice place to have a meal especially if you are fond of pelmeni.
