Parmezan - Kaliningrad

Nice place to eat. Good service, not too expensive, delicious food. Would recommend everyone who likes pasta and fish/meat

One of my favorite places in Kaliningrad. Excellent cuisine and quality products. There is also a children's room and a bonus program where you can buy points and actually eat for them in the future. Thank you for your work, the main thing is not stop, improve and continue to follow the little things. If possible, give the chocolate fond in the dessert menu, it is certainly not easy, but very tasty

I feel like maybe my expectations are too high for the service in Russia but when the manager of the place clearly says your disappointment is not my problem that tells a lot. Also what 's the issue with wearing a mask, and I mean one of the staff members did not have it at all, neither under the nose nor on the chin it just did not exist on her face. And while the food was okay ish, the service was just a massive joke.

We had breakfast on the veranda on Saturday morning. The service was quick, and the coffee menu was great, offering plenty of choices. The breakfast itself was tasty, with four options to choose from. However, when we came back for breakfast on Sunday, we chose to sit inside, and it was a completely different experience. The service was very slow, and some guests even expressed their dissatisfaction. A particular downside was when they served us a brut that seemed to come from a bottle that had been opened long ago; it was flat and lacked flavor. The dessert was dreadful.

This place is amazing! The breakfasts are outstanding! The pizza, burgers, fish, and desserts are all fantastic! Everything we ordered was excellent! Plus, our waiter Victor knows everything about the dishes. If we ever get the chance to return to Kaliningrad, we will definitely come back!
