Wendy's - Kalamazoo

As someone who is gluten-free, I found it quite challenging to find options at this restaurant. However, I really enjoyed the chili and fries. The chili was excellent, and I also discovered some delicious saltine crackers from Westminster Bakers that I've never had before. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise!

Debra is a complete heart. but the reason to give only 2 stars. the manager (the younger of the two I saw working) must learn how to speak with his employees respectfully. he gave debra a bag and said this is the order very not to go specifically as if there is a business to go or a delivery order. so debra asked if the bag she was handed over was for grubhub to which her manager screamed very rudely to her that there was a order to go. he didn't care that he treated them directly in front of customers. Maybe he should take his time and be a bit more accurate about dinge, then become crazy and scream. absolutely unprofessional.

Don’t listen to all the one star reviews talking about bad service. As a customer service worker myself I seriously appreciate all the work this place did to help me stay fed and everyone else during the pandemic! They were always super busy then and are always super busy now still! They do a great job and if you have an issue with your order they will always make it right you just need to communicate and make sure to check your order! 10/10 great place to go if your super hungry after work.

This place says it closes at 12am. Every night you come in to the drive through to get food at 9 or later they say there closed. It’s ridiculous, fix your hours or hire people that want to work, whatever issue it is.

They are a cheerful Wendy's! I enjoy fresh fries every time I go, which is quite rare in fast food. If you're a fan and want to eat well, I definitely recommend trying them!
