W - Kalamazoo

We are frequent customers, as we prefer supporting a smaller business than somewhere like bdubs. We have never dined in here, which it looks like the servers are the great part of this restaurant. The food, however is the most inconsistent food ever. When it’s good, ITS GOOD. But tonight, both my husband and I thought it was some of the worst food we’ve had in awhile. The last time we got take out here, the wings came in an aluminum pan and the Buffalo wrap came in a normal paper-like take out container and everything was cooked and put together wonderfully. Everything was DELICIOUS. So tonight, we were wanting the same thing. They brought back the plastic containers that make everything soggy. The wings weren’t crispy, the tortilla for the wrap was soggy, and the fries were soggy. Everything also fell out of the wrap inside the container, which made it difficult to eat. And the buffalo sauce was a little tablespoon on one side of the wrap. It will take quite awhile before we venture to try takeout from here again unfortunately, which is a bummer because as I said. When it’s good, it’s really good.

Pretty bad service. Usually very patient but waited at the entrance for 15 minutes without anyone greeting. Waitress passed by and walked away after making eye contact. Pretty disappointed, prefer Wings ETC over Bdubs or other wing restaurants but def won’t be coming here again.

What you want in a wing joint! These are my favorite bone-in wings in town, I always go with the Caribbean Jerk dry rub and Hot Buffalo. There is something here for our whole family and with the usually speedy service and food delivery it is a go to for our quick lunches and dinners!!

Standard Wings Beer joint, kids side portion were large probably got 15 20 tots with burger. Boneless wings and tenders had a ‘harder’ crust than you usually find wasn’t bad just different. Also had them drown in sauce, Hot Barbie had a good taste to it. Service was good, waitress was attentive but food took longer than expected for a small lunch crowd. We were just passing through but if I was local, I’d eat there every few weeks.

Ada was great as were the other servers making sure I had what I needed. I got the fish, it was good.
