Noodles Company - Kalamazoo

I ordered the penne rosa with grilled chicken added. As I was eating I noticed these crunchy burnt pieces in my food. I believe it to be burnt food pieces scrapped off of whatever grill they use. This is NASTY I do not want to have crunchy bits that tastehorribly burnt in with my soft food. Thanks noodles for putting your grill scrapings, that should?ve gone into the trash, in myfood.

Feels like the quality of ingredients has gone down since I last tried Noodles and Co. Cheese sauce is bad and was so soupy it went right to the bottom if the bowl. Not worth $11

This location isn 't good. I 've been here 3 times because I thought I was getting them on bad days. They don 't give you the normal amount of noodles or toppings. I 've told them this twice and was told they wanted to make it right with free noodles...never received that. Also please remember to ask for Receipt if you order in person because they overcharged me almost $10. Pictured is penne Rosa feta parmesan

I was so excited to take our exchange student to eat here as it was one of my favorite places to eat before my mother passed. The food was ok, the staff was fine but the restaurant was FILTHY!! Restroom was disgusting. The sink had grime, the floor and toilet were nasty. No toilet pater. The front glass doors were coated with prints and grime. The whole placed needed a deep clean! We won’t be back, that’s a deal breaker for me.

Do not go to the one on West Main! They have really let that place go. The place is disgustingly dirty and the bathroom smelled REALLY bad and their food always tastes old like it was reheated 5 times. It's honestly way too expensive for the level of quality they offer.
