Medeiros Farms - Kalaheo

This was my go to place for meats, especially beef when I lived in Kalaheo in 2017. And when I return next year... it will be again! ?

Our family likes to cook and eat well and the meat we purchased here was top shelf! We wanted to purchase from local shops and farms instead of the larger chains and boy did we find a great one. The quality of the meat was amazing! We purchased a few pounds of ground beef (costs less than on the mainland) some flank stakes, a tri-tip end, some Italian sausage and eggs. Everything was delicious! The selection was limited but we were able to find cuts that we were looking for. Definitely worth a look see though!

I've been spoiled be great grass fed beef at home Illinois. I was delighted to find local beef here on Kauai and could not believe the fabulous prices! Better steak than you'll get in any supermarket. Ribeye for the price of sirloin, great flavor, never frozen. Go for ribeye or filet for the most tender, delicious steak-slap it on the grill and fall in love!

Local grass fed beef that's cheaper than grocery stores! Sausage selection when I went was: Italian, Portuguese, chorizo, and char siu

Hands down the best steaks we have had while on the island. Fair prices. Fresh meats. Service with a smile. Wish Massachusetts wasn’t so far away!
