Dinner was superb best restaurant pork belly and yummiest baileys sunday would recommend staying and eating there

Didn't stay at the motel so can't rate there. . But we did dine in for dinner. FOOD was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL not what we were expecting at all for what the place looked like. Esbestos ceiling made me feel a uncomfortable . Could really do with a revamp liven up the place to match the menu. LOVED the bar area too . Will definitely be recommending for FOOD side.

Best kept secret in New Zealand! I’m convinced a Michelin Star chef is hiding out in North New Zealand at a run-down old motor inn. The steak here is one of the best we’ve had anywhere and the sides were just as phenomenal. We’ll be going back for dinner again tonight. Ignore the ancient wood paneling and scuffed 70s linoleum. This place is a hidden gem.

Had an amazing meal here wow!! The food was outstanding and sooo big! No room for entree and main or main and dessert. Everyone took home half their meal. Definitely be back.
