Coco Island Cuisine - Kailua-Kona

Dining here is truly wonderful and creatively inspired! However, the dishes are meticulously prepared as slow food, which means it may take a bit longer to receive your meal. Additionally, as noted in a previous review, I would love to see extended hours, but it’s still an excellent spot for lunch.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The server was lovely and made sure to clean the outdoor tables after each customer. The food was excellent, with generous portions. It was definitely on the indulgent side, so be prepared to treat yourself if you’re looking to satisfy your cravings for the month!

The food was hearty yet incredibly tasty. 808 is a family-owned restaurant that provides exceptional service. They have outdoor seating, but be aware that the parking lot can get quite hot. We tried a selection of their moco and Benedict dishes. The owner recommended the smoked meat moco, which was fantastic. We also ordered the Benedict trio, a Kalua hash Benedict, and the Portuguese sausage moco. Everything was rich, salty, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it, but it's probably best to visit after an afternoon of activities.

Wonderful experience! Here for breakfast... service was fast and the food was delicious. I was looking for good food on my trip, but that changed the game. I had the coconut palms with the coconut syrup and the hash side. Delicious! Cash was just a disadvantage.

Dope food. The chocolate chip pancakes were huge and very good. Also got the omelette with adobo rice phenomenal! There was a line and not much seating space outside (there is no dine in) but we got the food pretty quick within 5 8mins. CASH only so bring the mula
