Tino pai! The prices are on point and fish is fresh n chips (freshly made)fantabulous, good service. Probably the best fish in chips in Northland compared takeaways in Paihia. The smoked mullet is good too.

Excellence battered hoki, chips yummy and crunchy with generous proportions. A very nice meal. The cakes and filled rolls displayed looked delicious.

Located in the main street of Kaikohe township, this Fish shop sells first class fish and chips as well as wet fish and fresh seafood when available. I love their flounder!! They also have smoked fish when available. Although small in size, their menu and selection is large. Many of the locals phone in their orders and pickup and pay on collection. Others place their order over the counter and wait in their cars due to Covid 19 restrictions. 2 great systems that work. The staff are efficient, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend a visit to this little Fish shop when you visit Kaikohe township.

Great price. Great taste. Handmade chips. My chicken burger had honey in it, nice touch. Very satisfied.

A wonderful big menu of burgers, deep fried stuff (fish and chips, including paua fritters) and a decent range of wet fish available.... that you take fresh, or prepared to your specifications. Thomas's was incredibly busy (backed up queue of about 8 for the entire time we were there), yet each customer was still quietly and efficiently in a pleasant and friendly way, and still left in good time. Tasty cooked well kai. Tables available for on the spot dining. Easy walk to adjacent and nearby shops and community facilities.
