We have our sandwiches! we ordered a hawaiian, the pastrami and the bark. all delicious! the pastrami had a bit spicy zip and the bark base on the bark was a perfect compliment for all the melty, freche quality!

Phenomenal beef melt sandwich!! Big enough for 2 people.

Stopped here for lunch during a busy day with the family. Seen it on my way to the plantation and thought to myself, “Strange, I’ve never seen a grilled cheese food truck”. This was all I needed to stop by and try it out. I thought it would be an average grilled cheese with some variances here and there to keep the menu lively for customers. I instead was left totally flabbergasted. I ordered the American and the Mexican for myself and my daughter. The American was your standard grilled cheese, and the Mexican was a grilled cheese with Oaxaca cheese and jalapeños. Both were mighty delicious. Did I mention that the bread slices were thick? Oh yeah, the bread slices are THICK. This was the most biggest and filling grilled cheese I ever had in my life. My sister, after seeing the sandwich, told the owner that it was the biggest grilled cheese she has ever seen. The owner apparently has been studying the craft for at least 6 years. And my my, has he mastered the grilled cheese never thought I would say that). But I am definitely coming back before I head out to the mainland to enjoy the food and the view
