Viva Medicare Café Montgomery - Kadesh

I recently tried the hibachi-style food at this restaurant, minus the traditional show. I ordered the Big Bang bowl, which consisted of hibachi chicken, rice, and veggies in a bowl. I enjoyed the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant. I find it unnecessary for people to look down on businesses that don't serve authentic cuisine, as Americanized Asian food can still be delicious in its own right. The Japanese-fusion label in this case seems to be a humorous nod to the mix of Japanese and American flavors. Overall, I had a great experience at this street cafe.

I have never been but I can't wait to visit.
