Finlandia Hotelli Alba - Jyvaeskylae

I had a memorable stay at the hotel. What made my stay awesome was the brand new sauna and the bicycles offered as part of the stay. There was breakfast buffet which was decent. I really enjoyed having breakfast looking at the lake and bridge while the sun was shining. It was just a peaceful and relaxing experience. The customer service was of the highest standards both at the reception and later when I had dinner (burger) and a cocktail. The burger was delicious and super fresh. The cocktail (Aperol Spritz) was just about right. I highly recommend Hotel Alba for your stay at Jyväskylä. It’s perfect for couples too! I won’t be forgetting the view from the hotel any time soon.

Chosen for location to where I needed to be for work, set in pleasent surroundings, 10 min walk to the centre. Restaurant food is very good, as is the service. Room is a bit basic but did the job. Bed not particularly comfortable for my back, plenty of sockets, if that matters.

This place is a gem quite and tranquil yet only a ten/fifteen minute walk from town. The view over the lake is wonderful. Free bike loan . And the staff are really good

Good to be there! It is very difficult to enjoy the promised fantastic lake view! Windows are very high up! No balcony

Nice and convenient place, located close to the university areas, with free bicycles and immediate access to the lake and running paths. The finnish sauna is fantastic and the chef cooks incredibly.
