Got to the store at 830pm and lights off and closed, but open sign was still on. Unacceptable!

I placed an online/mobile order. i wanted lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, ranch, and parmesan cheese. there’s no ranch, no banana peppers, and a couple green peppers on my sandwich. the boy and girl who helped me were sweet, but my sandwich was disappointing : especially with an online order that has everything i want laid out. Service: Take out

Evan is the man. Down to earth customer service. 100% genuine. And to top it off he is the newest employee Service: Take out

Employees had the door locked and were just sitting down watching people try to come in. Very unprofessional, and the employees applied for the job. So they need to do their job because they are getting paid for nothing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and received a completely cold Philly cheesesteak. Who wants a cold Philly cheesesteak?
