Dunkin' - Justice

This place is great! I always go to this location, although the location is tiny, they ALWAYS get my coffee right! And it tastes the same each time! Representatives are always nice!! Highly recommend ?

I bought a dozen of donuts $13.99 plus tax $15.xx got home kids bit one stale! Hard as a rock. Ridiculous. Every time I go back a girl says manager isn’t here .UPDATE: Went today 3/22/22 ordered a bagel and cream cheese $4/ ridiculous. It’s the same price as a large Dunkin refresher. Online bagels are $2/ what a ripoff.

This location is about the saddest DD within a 5 mile radius. Not convenient at all. I purchase daily from DD and will drive the extra 2 miles to the next location for better EVERYTHING.This location is always out of muffins, or they give you the opposite muffin that you ordered. THE APP LETS YOU PURCHASE ITEMS THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE- Now that's a capability that the Starbucks app has, but not DD. For being a customer for one year now, and I can honestly say, they have had blueberry muffins ONLY ONCE in all my visits. Worse, I'm told each location bakes their own muffins. 79th Archer is Always falling short.... this location needs to STEP UP THEIR GAME.

I love my Dunkin and I will never stop going to get that Morning coffee. But by far this Dunkin has the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast. I requested caramel in my coffee but it was not added. When I mentioned this to the server at the window, she insisted that it was in the drink when it was not. We also ordered some food items which were delivered to our table, but they forgot to include our hash browns. Additionally, the grilled cheese we ordered was cold in the middle.
