Pollo Tropical - Jupiter

The food at this restaurant is delicious overall, however, I believe they could improve on their presentation. I ordered the tostones and they were drenched in grease with the toppings scattered everywhere, resulting in a soggy and unappetizing dish. Additionally, the flavors were lacking in taste.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious, but the portion size of the chicken patty I ordered was smaller than expected. However, the taste was still great. The fried yucca on the side was perfectly cooked and very tasty.

The Chicken Caesar salad with garlic cilantro sauce is my favorite.

We love the food here but the service does need improvement. The drive thru line was down the street on a Wednesday at 6:45 pm and moved slowly, so I went inside to order, but that wasn't much quicker and the guy taking my order couldn't hear me thru the plexiglass installed for Covid so I had to repeat everything 3 times. He got the order right, but then the kitchen screwed it up. Maybe avoid lunch and dinner hours if you're in a hurry.

They no longer offer a meal for the Cuban sandwich, so now if you want a drink and fries, it will be around $15 instead of $10 I loved this place but I will never come back. Many authentic Cuban places in South Florida with good food
