Was recommended to your facility but was very disappointed. When I walked in I was ignored by the 4 high-school kids that where behind the desk, as they were more interested in talking about high-school drama. I had to say plenty of times excuse me can I order , which I was still ignored. Eventually one of them heard me and I made my order. The owner really needs to teach these kids a lesson on customer service. Due to this disrespect I will not be back. Unfortunately
I called to order an extra large meat loves pizza and garlic bread. The online site listed the prices and the total came to approx $35 dollars. When my food got delivered, there was no garlic bread. When i called to inquire, i was told that the garlic bread was never added to the order and the $35 was only for the pizza. When i said that didn't match the listed prices, they said the online menu was out of date. (Apparently if you order a meat lovers, it's $5 PER TYPE OF MEAT on the pizza. They did not tell me this when I ordered and made it seem that the total price included the garlic bread. Frankly, $35 for a single pizza is insane, I could get 2-3 pizzas at any other pizza place for that price. I never would have ordered from them if I knew how much the food REALLY costs. They refused to refund my money or comp the garlic bread. Very deceitful service. I'll never order here again.
Just got a pie from the place in Jupiter farms. The pizza was great as usual but the service was not so much. The girl on the phone who took my order talked at 100 mph I couldn’t understand what she was saying, after I placed my order I wanted to ask where you were because I haven’t been there in a while, but I was unable to as she hung up on me. When I picked up the pizza it was still in the oven, no problem I wasn’t in a hurry at all. While I waited the girls seemed more interested in talking so some guy who was there, boyfriend or delivery guy whatever. When the pizza came out the girl called my name put the box on the counter turned around and walked away. Not once did anyone there recognize me or say thank you. If you’re going to hire young people to run your restaurant, you should at least teach them some manners and be courteous to the people who pay their wages. Not to mention $18 for a medium pepperoni. I’m not sure I’ll be back. Young people today just don’t care about anything. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, just wanted to let someone know that I had a not so good experience at your store. Thank you.
Pizza is super salty. Had to throw most of the pizza away. Over-priced. Just not good any more.
