Chubby Salmon Hibachi And Sushi

We were having trouble finding an excellent sushi place when visiting home but now we have found it. We had the spicy salmon bowl which was fresh and very clean tasting. We also had the volcano roll which was easily one of the best rolls We have had. The pieces seemed to melt in your mouth. Rice was perfectly cooked. The avocado was soft and fresh. The salmon was clean and tasty. I just wish we were hungrier so we would have ordered more. The sushi chef also was kind enough to come over to the table to ask how our meal was. And the owner served us and was very friendly. She even brought over a complementary sample of their signature sushi which was raw salmon sashimi with a dab of pesto on it . So yeah, we highly recommend chubby salmon for sushi

The best place in all of Florida for sushi. Even better than the food is the wait staff and owners. Together it makes for an evening of pure pleasure. Thank you Chubby Salmon.

Delicious and super friendly staff! We’ve gotten several sushi rolls -TNT, volcano roll, slamming salmon roll. Ramen is excellent! Great quality pork is used. Appetizers like the Gyoza and pork buns are very savory. They have a wide menu with very reasonable prices. Do not expect to have to pay $22 for a sushi roll like other places in Jupiter. It’s a nice, local, family owned restaurant. The chef visits us at the table and recommends items on the menu. Will continue to keep dining here.

The food is spectacular both in taste and presentation! The beauty of the preparation bespeaks of an artist. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. Wonderful service. Very affordable especially lunch which starts at 11:30. A wonderful place to take family.

Beautiful presentation and out of this world sushi! The chef is incredible and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the sushi. I live in Daytona Beach and I would drive down Judy for the sushi!!
