We placed an order through Ifood which simply spent more than 1 hour on the delivery route and never arrived, I called the restaurant and they told me that they would contact the delivery person to give me an answer and I didn't get a response. We canceled with the support of the Ifood team... Simply disrespectful to the customer!

Sensational! I'm from Campinas and I've been to several Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurants here, but I can guarantee that Takai is much better... The environment is good! It's not exceptional or anything out of this world, but it's beautiful, well maintained and has a certain refinement. Good! The service is great. I went on a day that wasn't very busy, but the waiters were very helpful and quick. In addition to being very polite. Kudos also for the tablet ordering system. Quite simple, intuitive and easy. The food is the highlight. A delight. You can see the care taken in preparation. Very beautiful and tasty dishes, as well as many sushi and sashimi options. The only thing missing was the desserts included in the all-you-can-eat menu, which are not up to par with the rest of the menu. But other than that, great!! I will definitely come back more often.
