I'm a huge fan of Starbucks. Super fan indeed. I like how friendly the attendants are even when the queue is huge! And this happens in every store I go to as I always stop to drink the delicious mocha frappuccino. In this store today, I found the product strange. I was surprised because I've had frappuccino here so many times!!! But today it was so, so weak and watery that I threw more than half of it away. I could go back and complain, but I wasn't in the mood to complain. I just played and followed. But I kept thinking... this must have a standard, a right measure. So I came here... If our reviews serve as a reference, they should also serve to improve or monitor the quality of what is offered. I'll be back another day for another frappuccino at this store. After all, I've had some pretty good ones here.

This is the Starbucks store with the largest number of employees working at the same time that I have ever seen!!! There was a long queue for service, my order was placed via the app, however I had the impression that many orders were ready long before mine, I don't know the order in which they were prepared. The drink was good, standard for the chain. I ordered two drinks, they delivered one, and after a few minutes the other. The employees seem happy. The employee who keeps everything clean and organized deserves to be highlighted, he seemed to have practice in keeping everything impeccable for a long time.
