Kfc - Junction City

They are horrible with online ordering. I ordered online with them twice and they cancelled it for no reason. They have one more chance or I'm never ordering from them again.

The lobby was closed and had limited food. The service was great

Staff was courteous prompt food was hot and correct I went through the drive-thru

This particular store has good food and friendly Associates. I've never been inside so I can't give you cleanliness information.

I didn't receive the proper order for a family dinner which caused me to have to cook which was the purpose of us to order out because I had a long day. Called manager to complain and all he did was give me what I was missing which cost me another trip to town (25 miles one way). He should have done more to make my second trip better and ratify a customer. I won't be going there again. I have heard lots of complaints about this particular store and gave them a try anyhow. Big mistake!
