Meal on the menu taken in the bistro, visibly an error...can be that the menu of the day has more the attention of the cooks!?...entrance: black pork curcuterie of bigorre (very good and tomato tartines (of 4 slices, 2 very "smokes" small flat can be, but which denotes a lack of consideration for the customer! the fish was very good, and the blown to the great marnier!!! a very great disappointment! eggs mounted in badly mixed snow and "big marnier" as the name! ...I am neither a cooker nor a pastry chef, but today I made a blown to the gm “marmiton” he had a very good taste of great marnier, had no white cums in snow and was cooked to the point....
