Castanedas Mexican Food - JOSHUA TREE

I recently visited this restaurant on my way back from Joshua Tree National Park for dinner. We ordered the Asada Plate and the Steak Ranchero Plate. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the delicious sauces provided. The meat was incredibly juicy and freshly cooked, making for a satisfying meal. Great little spot. Really tasty tacos cabesa, and the San Filepe fries were an interesting take on the disco fries and garbage plate dishes popular in the northeast.
