Subway - Joplin

Run out of ingredients like avocado but charge same price like if they added.

Well just went to this Subway location across from Northpark Mall, may have been the most fun I’ve had at a Subway restaurant in years, the ladies were cracking jokes an made the service an awesome time, the sandwich with two recommendations also put the experience an sandwich above all else I’ve had thus far within 40 miles of the Joplin radius! Thank you for making me smile! You guys were great!

I showed up after a 10 hr day to get dinner because I knew this location was open until 10pm and the drive thru makes it convenient... I pulled up to the order screen and waited about 5 minutes... I called the location, no one answered. So I drove around to the window thinking maybe I was wrong. All windows say they close at 10pm. I drove back to the window where I could see the girls working doing dishes. No meat or veggies were covered yet and it was 9:45pm. I honked. They ignored it. I called the store again at which point one of the girls looked over and seen me sitting in the window. Still nothing was said to me. I snapped a couple pics and still got no response. This location used to be good, but not anymore. It seems the last few times I have been in this location, no one is happy about their job or polite to customers. Maybe better management is needed..

Went thru the drive-thru, and when we got back to the house 1 sandwich was not fixed right at all, it was on the wrong kind of bread and way, way to much sauce and was the wrong kind also, will not be going back there

This is ridiculous. I have to ask for my sandwich to be made the way it comes? Ordered a supreme meats sub and they literally just put meat and cheese on it. I called them back and they’re like you didn’t ask for any veggies, I said that the menu specifically says it comes with all the dressings. So I didn’t want to get extra. Lady proceeds to tell me that I can ask for the sandwich the way it comes. So they made me pay $10.99 for a sandwich that has meat and cheese because when they asked me if I wanted veggies I said no becauseI thought they meant eXtra veggies. Absolutely ridiculous. Id get more out of the meatball sub than what I paid for today. they said I can come back and they can remake the sandwich, but I gotta bring the one they made back. Preeeetty sure that’s a health code violation. After you hand food out the window it does not go back in that window.
