It's Just Wings - Joplin

Worst customer service. Waited over 35 minutes to pick up an order which they told me was almost ready when I arrived, but in fact it hasn't even been started

I ordered 16 wings through DoorDash and spent $20, but I was really disappointed. The wings were smaller than usual, and to my surprise, they included a tiny piece of chicken and called it one of my wings. Not what I expected at all.

I ordered from this restaurant through a delivery service, and I found it a bit odd that a pack of 16 wings came with only two small ranch cups. The food itself was quite good, and the fries were among the best I've had at a wing place. I would have rated it five stars if they had included the proper amount of ranch that typically comes with the meal. The ranch cups were quite small, too, which didn't really help the situation. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's room for improvement!

The food and service used to be excellent. While the flavor is still good, we received very few fries with our order, and the wings were significantly smaller than they used to be. They resembled chicken poppers more than actual boneless wings. When we called to address the issue, we were informed that this is their new standard. One box contained only 12 fries, which was quite disappointing, to say the least.

I picked up a DoorDash order and I usually end up waiting a long time once I arrive. The longest I've had to wait was 45 minutes.
