Who is a smoked scarlet bag? absolutely horrible. We didn't know until we went with them after a long hospital visit. call them and was said because they are in the closet, they must be roasted! that is because they are stale. absolutely revolting and cost a fortune. none of us could eat it. not to buy from there.

I'm disgusting in the staff I just served. I've never written such an evaluation, but I've never been treated so terrible by a place. I came in and asked for an icy coffee with vanilla syrup with a smile on my face. just to say rude that they did not aromatized coffee. that was good, so I asked if I could just have a pump of the milkshake syrup. in him that was right there, she yelled at me again. Really rude staff and no customer service except a young Maori girl who was lovely. the caffe is overpriced and uses people when they are most vulnerable and the sick house is due because they have given the contract to these owners. it brings down the call of the sick house, so they get a new owner

I will never frequent this cafe again. This is the second time I have been met with attitude. The first time there wasnt much interaction, just ordering and receiving my order, but the staff came across very surly and when I did ask a question, it was as if I was wasting her time. Today, I had been up all night in the A&E department with my daughter, so I was sleep deprived and it was now 1.00 pm. I thought I'd ordered a toasted ham and cheese panini.
