Candlewood Fish & Chips & Burger Bar

Large fish and chips in the local environment. We've been here for about a year, and they've been good. lately wait time is longer, but eating here is much better than others in the opposite.

Only had the baramundi and chips and the works burger good fish and chips, but with distance the worst working burger ive had ever had in 34 years steer clear of burgers

My partner was very excited to come anywhere, serving black pudding. I'm not a pudding fan, but you white pudding is decent. the prices are good pudding and chips cost $8.50, and the Sunday and the lunchtime special for fish and chips is $6.95, while there are also burgers for about $7.95 (and $1.50 for a dose irn bru is the best price I have seen, I noticed another review mention that there was cash money was just an eftpos machine now. it is busy around peak hours, but the staff is friendly and seems efficient. my one disappointment is that among the great sides (Kiwi dogs, pineapple butter, broken hamburgers and the like) there are no fried Mars...more

Unessable bad quality fish.! for the first time this evening a tour of candlewood was bought. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the product and the question of the genuineness of the species of fish served. as a fisherman I can tell the difference between fresh and stale fish. it wasn't cheap! I ordered Dhu fish and snapper. the grilled fish was so gum-like that it could not be cut. I took it back and was offered only half of what I paid. in my opinion, her money would be better spent at another place. will not be back.

Tasty fish n chips. Crispy chips and excellent fish. Busy on a weekdays, I'll call up next time
