Wendy's - Jonestown

When was the last time you had a quick meal at Wendy's and really enjoyed it? It's a question that resonates with many.

This restaurant in the Tri-County area has the slowest service I have ever experienced! My girlfriend waited in line for nearly 30 minutes, only to drive home and discover that our order was completely wrong. We ended up paying much more than we should have for the incorrect food. Yesterday, we had to wait almost 20 minutes again and were treated very rudely, not only by the staff, but also by the manager who slammed the window shut when we asked a question about our order. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is not difficult to get orders right, and this experience is a perfect example of why they do not deserve a $15 reward. I will never return to this restaurant and I strongly urge others to read reviews like mine to avoid the same costly mistakes!

Sadly, one of the staff members overlooked my order and forgot to include the pecans in my To-go bag. I enjoy the apple pecan salad, but was disappointed when I realized the pecans were missing. Please pay closer attention to detail while working.

One of the best around as far as fast food goes. Sometimes a little slow when there's a line, but the food is always good. Knowing that, its worth an extra 2 mins.
