Krystal - Jonesboro

Wife bought a sack of Krystals, she said the wait was terribly long. When she got home,we live about an hour away, nothing was on the burgers,no mustard, no pickles, no onions. Very poor way to run a business. Judging from all the bad reviews, I wouldbelieve that corporate office needs to see about new management due to fact this one can't run the place properly.

They got our order wrong so we had to go back for it. The food was not hot and the little chicken sandwich was terrible, tasted like it had been fried in bad oil and left to sit out. White Castle that you buy frozen and pop in the microwave taste muchbetter. The burgers didn't even look cooked. We had about a 15 minute wait after we ordered just to get cold food.

Additionally, there's no restroom available, which is quite inconvenient for anyone coming from out of town. The parking lot is cramped, making it difficult to access the drive-thru or even walk through the traffic to order at the window. The wait time for food was long, and there weren't many decent spots to wait. To make matters worse, the staff were neither friendly nor helpful. After the long wait, I was let down by the food itself. It didn't taste fresh at all, the buns were rock hard, and the tater tots were already cold. I was really excited to try this place, but ultimately, I left feeling very disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Everything was cold, and the chicken was undercooked. The woman at the drive-thru repeated my order incorrectly multiple times, and the guy handing out the food was on his phone. The staff was quite rude, and honestly, they shouldn't be working there. I would give them a -5 stars if I could.

First of all, I love Krystal! However, the only location I enjoy is in West Memphis. I ordered a sack of 12 cheese Krystals, expecting to wait for them. To my surprise, they were ready by the time I paid and pulled up. I was the only customer there, and I had a feeling that receiving my order so quickly was a bad sign. Unfortunately, I was right—my Krystals were old and ice cold! They had pickles on every other one and hardly any mustard. My family ended up having to fix their sandwiches once I got home. The cheese wasn’t even melted because they were so cold! I won't be returning to this location again!
