I ordered DoorDash PickUp when I arrived, I had to wait 20 extra minutes when I made it to the window, the lady just gave a bag out of the window with the wrong order as soon as she was returned she was a posture and put badly on the counter. Then another 5 minutes waited for my order. As soon as I pulled out, she handed this bag over to the next customer.

Don't go to the KFC on Southwest Dr in Jonesboro. If you carefully check your order before you come home. I ordered white meat chicken only 2 pieces for $9.00. Go home and there's a cookie in a box! When I pulled up to the drive thru and informed the order taker, he says we don't honor those survey validation codes. Mind it I got this receipt from the same store I m visiting. If you'll cannot honor it then why to lie about it on the receipt just to make the customer fill the survey. Horrible experience and lost my business for ever. I will spend my money at a business that don't lie to their customers.
