Firehouse Subs Red Wolf - Jonesboro

I had a fantastic experience at the fire department store on Hilltop today. Hannah took my order and was incredibly kind and pleasant! I really appreciated that she didn’t seem rushed and maintained her composure while asking me questions. When my food arrived at the table, it was hot and everything was accurate. Great job!

Usually, when I visit this restaurant, I find the staff to be friendly. However, during my most recent visit, a mix-up occurred, and I ended up with someone else's order. I didn’t realize it until I had taken a bite. When I returned it, the staff’s attitude towards me made me feel unwelcome, and I decided I’d rather have a refund than the correct order. Overall, this experience was disappointing.

This sandwich was way short of normal. I guess they ran out of meats.

I had a horrible experience at subway and left to come to firehouse. They were so nice and fast. We had a great meal in a great environment.
