Great 2.5 lb sirloin, cooked and seasoned to perfection.
Very disappointing. We ordered our steak medium, it was medium rare maybe even rare, badly undercooked. Potatoes were overcooked to the point that they couldn't be eaten. Service was fine, and price is ok (if the food is cooked correctly) but at the end of the day the food just wasn't very good. There are much better steaks in the Jonesboro, AR area than Does.
Re: our first visit to Doe's on January 5, 2018. First impression: Steakhouse menu, burger joint atmosphere. The good: Staff was friendly. Tamale cheese dip appetizer was tasty. The bad: My wife and I ordered the sharing-size ribeye, medium-rare. It was cool red throughout--barely rare and not edible. Sent it back and they cooked it a little longer. Still very rare, still cool inside, but edible. Our friends were finished their dinner by this point so we didn't want to send it back a second time. We certainly weren't looking for a handout but thought the manager might offer to cover the appetizer we'd ordered, or perhaps offer dessert to make up for the inconvenience. We were surprised the manager didn't even come to the table.
Their reaervation process is horrible. Got put on hold for almost 4 minutes before I gave up and restaurant wasnt even open yet. Then tried same number again and was unsuccessful getting through. Got reservation at Open Table and when we got to restaurant they hadnt received reaervation I made 3 hours previous. Worst reservation system ever. Very expensive food. Not worth price in my opinion. Also the waitress had computer for bill but she had to take credit card away from tablr. Could t swipe card with computer she carried
