Dairy Queen - Jonesboro

Ordered a plain hamburger got home with it it had ketchup and mustard went back down told them I ordered a plain hamburger not with ketchup and mustard got back home with the second one it had cheese on it what the hell don't they understand plain is plain With nothing on it they said they would give me 2 plain hamburgers to make it right that means I would have to drive back down there waste more fuel than the dam hamburger's worth

$7 dollar cheeseburger combo comes with a strawberry sundae. And their burgers just taste better than other fast food restaurants. It's a good deal.

DQ used to serve decent food, however; after visiting this and other locations I will say all have become terrible.

I come to this dairy Queen very often and spend well earned money for them to not give me all my food. If I order a four piece tender meal that's what I expect. How do we fix this problem? Refund or a made over meal. And then not only that they give out booty bread. The but end of the bread as toast. Like what's up!???
